This product uses selected premium high-alumina materials and fused corundum as the main raw materials. By optimizing the particle gradation of the materials and adopting a composite plastic binder, the repair material has good涂抹 or ramming performance and forms a tight bond with the sintered layer of the furnace lining. The use of this repair material can significantly extend the service life of the furnace lining, reduce the consumption of refractory materials per ton of castings, and lower the cost of the furnace lining.

A non-phosphate binder is used to avoid the drawback of ordinary phosphate-bonded repair materials, where phosphates decompose at high temperatures and increase the phosphorus content in molten steel.
